Who are we?
Dville is an active real estate developer in Greater Montreal, the Laurentians, Montérégie, and Estrie. We integrate two general contractors with complementary expertise: Habikon, specializing in custom residential construction and bespoke projects. Sineo, an expert in multi-residential, commercial, and light industrial construction. This organization allows us to oversee a project from development to construction, mobilizing specialized teams according to the nature and requirements of each mandate.
What types of projects do you carry out?
We develop residential, multi-residential, commercial, and light industrial projects in various regions of Quebec. Our teams are involved from the early planning stages to ensure consistency, coordination, and quality in every project we undertake.
In which regions do you work?
We mainly carry out projects in Greater Montreal, the North Shore and South Shore, in the Laurentians, Montérégie, as well as in Estrie. We also analyze certain projects in other regions of Quebec when they match our expertise and development criteria.
